Mary’s experience with embroidery started when her kids were young.  They would fight over whose towel got left on the floor, so she started sewing their names on them.  Can't point fingers when the culprit's name is right on the towel!  Soon after that she started volunteering for their schools and took on other projects, honing the craft.

 

 

Not long after, they moved up north where she made custom branded hats, towels, and totes for the lake community.  So many of the locals supported her in her endeavors. Jobs started coming in, mostly by word of mouth. Her attention to detail, quality and putting the customer's needs first became her trademark of excellence.  Eventually, she had to upgrade to her first commercial machine. She started off working out of a shop on their property, with Craig learning the machines when he got the chance.

 

 

Wanting to move closer to their family, they moved out to Calaveras County. They found a space, adding more commercial machines, in downtown Angels Camp in June 2017. Since then they have loved getting involved with the tight-knit community, where they can give back to local students and schools, work closely with other businesses, and do something they love at the same time.

They have since moved their shop to Columbia to better serve both counties.  Still the same great service!
